Custom & personalised orders
Custom and personalised mobiles are welcome! Tell us your idea (colours, theme, name, size) and we’ll confirm feasibility, price and lead time. Personalised and made-to-order items are made especially for you and are non-returnable unless faulty — please see our Returns policy.
Processing & lead times

Handmade mobiles: 1–3 weeks processing time (starts after payment confirmation).

Other items: 1–2 weeks processing time.
If you need an item faster, choose FedEx Express at checkout or contact us — we’ll try to help (expedited fees may apply).
Care & cleaning
To keep your felt mobile looking great:

Light dirt: Use a soft clothes brush or adhesive lint roller.

Spot clean: Gently wipe with a damp cloth or wet wipe (no perfumes). Dab, don’t rub. Let air dry.

Rinsing: If needed, rinse gently in warm water — no squeezing or twisting.

Drying: Press between two towels and blot gently to remove excess water; reshape and air dry flat.
Do NOT: bleach, dry-clean, machine-wash, wring/squeeze hard, or wash in very hot/cold water.

Customs, duties & delays
Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP is selected. We can estimate duties in many countries at checkout, but final charges are set by your local customs office. Unexpected customs checks or postal disruptions can delay delivery; we cannot control carrier or customs processing times.
Tracking & insurance
All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched. We recommend choosing insured or courier shipping for higher-value orders — contact us if you’d like a quote.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, contact info@minidreamsdecor.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with photos and tracking details. We will start a carrier claim and help find a solution (replacement/refund if appropriate).
Returns & exchanges (summary)
Standard returns: 14 days from receipt for non-personalised items (item unused, tags attached, original packaging). Custom/personalised made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Safety & installation

Our mobiles are decorative nursery items, not toys. Always hang the mobile securely out of your baby’s reach.

Do not attach small loose parts within reach of infants. Regularly check the mobile and replace if damaged.
