Handmade to order
Every piece at MiniDreamsDecor is handmade to order in our small studio in Tallinn, Estonia. We use traditional felting techniques combined with careful hand-sewing and finishing to create nursery mobiles that are soft, durable, and thoughtfully made to be both safe for babies and beautiful in everyday spaces.
OUR PROCESS
• Design & prototyping: Each design starts with hand sketches and a small prototype to test balance, scale, and gentle movement.
• Cutting & felting: We work with high-quality wool felt and natural fibres, shaped and finished by hand or in small batches.
• Assembly & finishing: All elements are securely stitched, joints are reinforced, and every mobile is carefully balanced to rotate smoothly.
• Quality inspection: Each item is checked before packing for stitch strength, secure attachments, and overall finish.
MATERIALS & SAFETY
• We use non-toxic, natural materials such as wool felt, cotton thread, and untreated wooden hoops and beads.
• Small parts are avoided or firmly secured so they cannot detach during normal use.
• Every order includes clear safety and installation instructions. Please always follow hanging guidelines and remove the mobile once your child can sit up or pull themselves up.
PERSONALISATION & MADE-TO-ORDER
Many of our mobiles can be personalised with colour choices, names, or small design details. As each piece is made to order, personalised items may require additional processing time.

All items are handmade to order. Processing time starts once payment is confirmed.
• More complex mobiles: approx. 2–3 weeks to process
• Simpler mobiles & other products: approx. 1–2 weeks to process
If you need your order sooner, you can select FedEx Express at checkout or contact us to request expedited processing, subject to availability and additional fees.
Shipping methods & estimated delivery
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard (postal / economy) — tracked:
- European countries: 1–1.5 weeks
- United Kingdom: 1–2 weeks
- United States: 1.5–3 weeks
- Canada: 2–3 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
Express (FedEx / courier) — tracked and insured: 3–6 business days worldwide (select at checkout).
Return policy
How to start a return
- Email us within 14 days of receiving your order: info@minidreamsdecor.com. Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send the item.
- Ship the item back to:
Tulika 17, Tallinn 10613, Estonia. - Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about refund approval.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
Please note that items that are made to order or personalised in our shop are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product. This includes (but is not limited to):
- All made-to-order crib mobiles and custom mobiles.
- Personalised items (e.g. name additions, embroidered details, custom colour combinations).
- Bespoke or specially commissioned orders created to customer specifications.
If a personalised or made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@minidreamsdecor.com with clear photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Why personalised items are non-returnable
Personalised and made-to-order products are made specifically for you and cannot easily be resold to another customer. For that reason, and in line with consumer protection rules, these items are excluded from our standard return rights unless faulty.
